Home Inspection
This inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the areas of the property that are safely accessible and visible for a potential Buyer of a property. It’s purpose is to help determine the condition of the property and to identify any deficiencies in systems and components of the property needing to be addressed as determined by the TREC Standards Of Practice https://www.trec.texas.gov/sites/default/files/pdf-forms/SOP-pocket.pdf
The standard scope of the inspection is outlined in the Standards of Practice and it is recommended that clients download the Standards of Practice through the link above to know what will be inspected on the property.
